Also at Jagro Planter, http://www.jagroplanter.dk, a Japan Festival was held, just at the end of Sakura season. Some of my “okashi” confectionary was presented, together with japanese bonsai trees, ikebana, martial art, and tea ceremony. The okashi was of the “namagashi” kind, the “wet” and freshly made sweets, formed into sakura blossoms. There name was “Toyama Sakura”. At the last ceremony, we ate them all…
